I have logged Complain case ID "CA1144948" 22/10/2011 12.18 PM BUT I HAVE NOT RESOLVE MY PROBLEM TILL DATE.
I HAVE TALK WITH MR. LOKESH IN NAGPUR 0712-2248834, 11.40 PM 02/11/2011 HE COMMITE ME SOLVE MY PROBLEM SAME DAY BUT TODAY I CALL MANY TIME AFTER I TRY 2ND NO. 0712-2248840 AFTER THAT I FOUND NEW CONTACT NO OF MR. LOKESH 0712-3295795 THEN I CALLED HIM AFTER I AM NOT SATISFIED HIS ANSWER .
COMPAQ IS GOOD BRAND BUT SERVICE IS VERY POOR . IF MY PROBLEM NOT SOLVED TODAY . I THINK ABOUT CONSUMER COURT

complaint against HP service center Meerut Sir, I want to inform you that hp service centre from meerut denied to repair my laptop (serial no CNF036466M). while it is in warranty period as I bought it from Croma show room on 9th Jan of 2011 and I was told that the warranty period of the laptop was one year.
one more thing I want to tell you that I got a letter from Croma service center in which it was informed that I bought a laptop on 09/Jan/2011.

Customer complaint Dear team,
I purchased Compaq 326 lap before 3 month back, Now I faced one of the problem in my lap.
problem is lap screen is loose it is going up and down motion.
please provide one of your representative as soon as possible.
