    Dear Sir,

    Firstly, I am providing the details of my system (Laptop)

    system service tag no. C9FG1BS
    model no. INSPIRON 1525
    Express service code 266-915-260-72
    Last date of warranty 12.03.2009

    The battery of my system is creating problem, showing heath status
    13%. I have talked to DELL customer care, but they are not responding
    positively, saying that the warranty period has over, which is not
    true. Therefore, you are requested to look into the matter so that my
    work may not affect. I will be highly obliged.

    Default Against the improper working of the Laptop Charger of Inspiron 1525

    Sir,
    I had encountered a problem while using the product. At first, the touch pad stopped working and starts working after sometime. After that the charger stopped working. Although
    I have tried again but the problem is not solved.

    So, I suggest you send any technician or make some arrangement to solve the problem. I would be thankfull to you..

    Default Power Light and deliver of accessories

    I have purchased a Dell Inspiron 1545. It is having a problem that its power light has stopped working since last few days, due to which I am facing my problem as if I cannot know when it is in Sleep Mode or Hibernate etc.
    One more thing I and my friend have ordered laptops together same model, same configuration and both are having the same problem.

    One important thing that while giving the purchase order we were assisted by one of your Sales Person: Pooja Nagpal. She has promised us for more accessories such as Headphone, Creative Sound S/w, Optical Mouse and a bag but nothing has been delivered till date.

    Please help us regarding the issues as early as possible.

    I have bought a new system inspiron model 1440. After The computer is not starting. It shows a message as bootmgr missing. I have contacted Dell customer care for about 8 times its hard to reach the right person as they will transfer the call from one to another. my service tag number is 8YM64BS. They have promised to provide me a operating system disc which they did not during the purchase of the item but have not received till now even after filing the complaint on 12th november 2009. reference no-2577151. case id 6305040.
    I am in nedd of resolution of this problem as soonas possible. kindly, helpme

    Dear Sir/ Madam,

    I booked a Dell desktop, Inspiron, on the 30th of November and was promised a delivery by Friday, the 3rd of December'09. The payment was through credit card and the Sales Manager, one Mr. Siddharth KS, was very prompt till so far as the payment was concerned. The verification and other formalities were done quite quickly and the delivery date given as the 3rd. WE were asked to stay at home lest we miss the delivery. Till Monday, there was no word from either the representative nor the courier people. I called up the same Sales person who had so eagerly booked my order in the hope that he would exhibit the same efficiency in helping me out. He promised to do so but the message hasn't come through. I am frustrated to the point of cancelling the order and booking it form those who are at least bothered about their customers.
    Please advise me what to do because if this is not attended to and the desktop delivered at my doorstep by the end of the day, my order may stand cancelled. If this is your response before the order is delivered, i know what to expect post delivery for service related issues.

    Hello,

    Send a written notice to the CMD/MD of DELL via registered post, mention all the details in it and ask them for the proper solution with in the mentioned time of 10-15 days.

    Visit: Notice before filing consumer complaint for notice reference.

    Hope this may solve your problem.

    I have bought a DELL Laptop 10 month back. My Laptop have a problem with the Adopter from beginning. It getting hot when connecting with the power.
