Complaint about monitor of my laptop- Model LATITU Sir,
My Dell Laptop model is LATITUDE D520 and its warranty period is over years back. Express service code is 191 3641 3360; Apparent sl. no. is CN-ONF743-48643-783-0683.
About 5 days back about 2 inches wide line appeared on the monitor and icons below the above line are not visible.
I am a Professor; Name: Dr. V.Jayachandran. I am ready to pay the repair charges, but Iwould request you to set right the defect within the minimum time possible.

Dissatisfide with your services. I am Ranjan Kumar & I had purchased a laptop from your company Dated 29-06-2011 and ist service tag number is 6C1WTQ1 and System Type: Inspiron N5110, I am really dissatisfied with your services,I have already replaced my laptop parts 6-7 just in 9 months times but then also I am facing problem with this,this is the last stage of my passions because somebody else is taking services on the behalf of my service tag no and your costumer care executives are saying that this is my fault but you justify this is my mistake or yours that somebody else is taking services in my absence when I was my home town (mehsi) Bihar and I have proof for that during the time I was on leave from my office also and I have tickets with me if you want I can send you the scan copy also along with the invoice of my laptop this is very shameful for a company that a person is already dissatisfied and then also you people are not sporting at all to the customer, plz do the needful otherwise I will take a strict action against your Company, this is my humble request to you.
Some one name of Mr. Mohit i don't know who is the person & How your executive is giving services to this person behalf of me. When i was in my home town. & i have proof as a train ticket. & i have also the invoice detail of my laptop. so plz take action on this mail Otherwise i will take a strict action against the company.

Problem in my new dell laptop Hello,
i purchased a new 14R laptop 20 days back.
but, now its showing that "WINDOWS SCRIPT HOST ACCESS IS DISABLED ON THIS MACHINE"
and the anti-virus which i got from DELL named as MCAFEE wiped off automatically.
Along with that i did`nt get the Microsoft Office and Graphics.
The speed of the browsing is damn slow as i am driving any bicycle.
Kindly, send any technician at my home or tell me where can i catch you.

dissatisfaction with laptop and service Sir,
I am deeply frustrated with the after sale service and the laptop i bought last year. I bought DELL laptop just because of the reputation of the company and the after sale service you provide, but now i regret upon my decision, as your laptop is nothing more than a crap. And the after sale is service is absurd. Every a technician comes he creates some other problem, then i have to again call the customer care. Already i have called for the technician 4 times in last 1 month, isn't that absurd? And as my warranty is about to get over 21st Sept i am tensed that what will happen afterwards like this. Another absurd thing is that one has to wait for a long time to get connected to customer care executive. I remember that one day i had to hold on for 1 and a half hour to get connected, that was utterly frustrating. I m student and I don't have so much time to wait for.Last week i called your customer care number, for a complaint, he said to mail me the pics and i'll call u on Monday, but he didn't call me, and when i called again another technician said mail me the pics again and i'll call you on wed, still there was no call, then i called again then the executive who picked the call said let me search for the mail, and he took about 45 mins to do that, and said that the previous executive told me that he'll call u on Monday, just tell me m I so free to wait for your calls? I have some other work to do as well. And this laptop is a total crap, already hard drive, lcd, speakers, lcd bazell, palm rest have been changed, so wt will happen in the future. That's why i have decided to lodge a complaint against your company for cheating you customers.

DELL Laptop- facing out of warranty issue, while my product is in warranty Hi There,
I extended the warranty of my dell laptop on 19-april-2012 for 1 year, paying 7400. It has been 5 months but still this information is not updated in DELL's system. When ever i try to access dell online support, i see a message as "your dell product is out of warranty"
I also tried contacting the dells person and she said the it will be updated soon... but it has not happened yet.

Sub: complaint about dell inspires Model No. N5110, serial No. Is having tremendous problem right from its day one of purchasing. Please refer my previous complaint no. 862778599. I have problem with its video player, DVD drive problem & sound problem. My laptop has been replaced once, repaired once & formatted twice so altogether 4 times its has been treated by you but same old problem along with new problems are still there. I have been promised that if same problem will be there you will be replacing my laptop. I have lost my business, time & money just because the laptop is not performing well, trubling me anytime unnecessarily just because of manufacturing defect.
Please take corrective action against my complaint & kindly change my laptop or else give me your higher authority access so that I can put forward my complaint. I do not want to again repaire option for my laptop. It’s just purchased 6 months ago & then repalced after 1 month but I have recieved second laptop around 2 months later around in the month of April 2012. & again same problem coming into this laptop from the April 2012 again.

my Laptop not power on last 3 days when i switch on my Laptop then suddenly all buttons apera on Like Caps Lock, Bluetooth, Num Lock and Up Aerrow button means every button appears on and after that not happen any thing not booting process started. i still waiting 10-20 minuts but not appears window login so what can i resolve it plz inform me by e-mail or call.
