    Firstly, I am providing the details of my system (Laptop)

    System service tag no. 5L9K6Q1
    Model no. INSPIRON MINI M101Z
    Last date of warranty 11.05.2012

    I have purchased this laptop from M/s. IServe Solutions & Sevices Pvt. Ltd. P-47, C.I.T. Road , Kolkata- 700054 of Rs.23,600 + VAT@4% which is the exclusive sells outlet of Dell in Kolkata. I would like to record the following complain about this sells outlet of your's

    1. I was forced to buy black colour model based on the shopkepper's confirmation that this model is being manufactured in black colour.

    2. I was assured that the prices by this shop as mentioned above is the lowest and even lower than the online price being displayed at your site Rs. 23,400/- inclusive of all taxes. I was further informed that i will not be able to buy through online service in Kolkata since opening of this exclusive sells outlet.

    Shall be greatful if you could clarrify the above queries

    Hello Sir,

    I'm Bishwash Tiwari from laxminagar, Delhi.I have purchased a laptop on 8th of July 2010. The service tag no. is D30XXL1, Model is Vostro 1015. There is very poor sound and it heats very hard after a while being started and also hang in a meantime and sound like tarrr.. appears. so please help urgently.

    I'm here to share my experience with Dell customer support (or more appropriately lack thereof). I ordered a Studio XPS 16 laptop from the Dell Outlet website. I am completely frustrated at this point. The machine arrived in non-working order. A service tech spent 4 hours in my home and left the machine worse than when he started ( and this after I'd spent several hours on the phone with tech support). I also spent a number of hours with customer care reps over policy issues and over an hour in a chat session with tech support. I ordered my machine on 4/14, my credit card was billed on 4/15, and the replacement was ordered on 4/23.

    i am dev singh solanki i have purchase a dell inspiron 15r laptop with i3processor tag no(14yzqp1) last month from last month i am facing problem regarding laptop batery it is not giving proper backup the batery is discharging after 1.30 and asking for charging while it is a brand new laptop ,it is not the good thing for occouring these type of problem ,this is my request to u to solve my problem as soon as possible

    Default No Concern for the Customer after the lapse of warranty period - 9002578645

    My system Details:-
    Service Tag- 8ZVW3BS
    Model- Inspiron 1440
    (out of warranty)

    Respected Sir,

    please let me know a simple thing that is it genuine to get a warranty extension of Rs 6,220, for the minor problem with my LCD cable that would have simply cost me Rs 600 or so?



    When i was not getting the normal display on my LCD, i simply carried out all the possible diagnosis and checks for actually figuring out the exact problematic part.
    1> I have already connected my Laptop with an external monitor, and is getting every functionality of it as normal. I can normally start up my system, getting everything displayed, and in-fact every processes as normal. No doubt, this clearly depicts there isNo Issue with the Motherboard.


    2> I switched on my system with the "POWER+D" key, which resulted in consecutive displays of the blue, red, and other consecutive colors. Obviously, this clarifies there is simplyNo Problem with my LCD.



    In that case the simple possible problem can be with the LCD cable(problem) or with the loose connections.

    But i am seriously being frustrated by the dell care support, and the Kolkata Dell Service Center(Park street); as they clearly say me that i can simply not get any part replaced when i am not ready for extending my warranty. Sir, i am ready to pay for the service charge(1,350 rs app.). I am also ready to pay for the problematic part, that is the cable cost, or any other part's cost. But nobody is ready to help me in that concern, and they simply ask a student like me, to invest a sum of minimum 6,000 rs for a probable minor issue.

    What an irony is that you take care of your customers like your ward, within the warranty period. And simply don't listen to their issues, ask them for a great sum, leave them to get frustrated and helpless, as soon as the warranty is over.

    Sir, i again mention that i am ready to pay for the service charge, and for the replaced part. But i am helpless now when i am left with no other option than to get an extension in warranty, which i cant.

    as per quotation and the my requirment i alredy infomed to dell i want any how excell and word so that i will puchase new laptop .in quatation it is already gven microsoft office still dell not provided the same.and on other hand after 9 month when i call to customer care today at 10 oclock she told me to dounload free verson from other webside and this is my final resolution and she cut my phone.when i called 2nd time at12.30 plz aarange net connection so i will solve ur problem.at last 3 oclock they take cannection of my pc only the connection not resolving any problem and about4.30 he did formating of my pc he sayed i will call u at5.30 now 10.55 still no call and i cant do anything as i dont know anything in comuter.i m wasting full day

    Thumbs up Dell Laptop delivery

    I paid the amount of the Dell laptop which I ordered, on 14th of this month(october 2011). But I never received any confirmation regarding the payment or delivery.
    The delivery status page is showing the delivery date of today(21-10-2011). But the product has not yet reached me. How can I get more information about the delivery? How long it take to be delivered? Who will deliver it to me?

    Exclamation Dell Tm 6800 Power Edge Server . Error Code :- E0876 PS n PREDICTIVE FALIOUR.

    Dear concerned,

    My Server model, DELL TM 6800 Power Edge, operating system windows 2003 En edition activity on line production server.

    Please find the Observation as given herewith :-

    1. The server is generating following error log file but in the same time it is working & no issue found in power supply to the server MBD
    PS 2 status power supply sensor predictive failure asserted ( TWO SMPS NO ERROE LED GLOWING BACK SIDE)
    PS 1 status power supply sensor predictive failure asserted
    2. After restarting the server the error is not found in the front display panel.


    3. Every one or two month over that Error will comming front display panel. Please help us as soon earlier.

    Default Compalint about CD writer.

    Dear Sir,
    Let me introduce me first, myself Kirnya Ori, Brother in-law of Shri DK Saikia, your customer. And details of laptop is as follows:- Model-N4010, service tag-2T8478S.
    My CD-writer did'nt detect or read anything for which my inlaw is facing acute problems, we made various calls related to this matters but now proper response could'nt got through your side. furhter this Laptop is still under warranty period. Pls do send techinician as early as possible in the given address.

    Approximately it hardly worked for 1 month after that I faced problem in this handset. thats why i got replaced it.And Again within 2 months i
