Dear Sir / Madam,
I have purchased one desktop PC on 23 July 2010 of brand Dell from Kings Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai INDIA.My keyboard is not functioning since 20 days. My work is held up.
I have reported this to the dealer (Kings Electonics)and they have given me your customer care numbaer to lodge a complaint as the system is in warranty period.
I lioged the complaint but no action has been taken so far. I get forced to call them again and again.
The customer care procedure (if so) is not friendly. First of all dell customer care people try to frustrate the customer to keep on hold for longer period of time and more over followed by instruction to press this or that number many a times.
Another their customer care person starts bombarding all technical question which as a user I am not suppose to know.
If Dell has given warranty why they are not sending their people for remedy instead of tourturing customer to not to ask for warranty what they have promised at time of purchase.
They are in this mind that once they have sold and got their money their responsibility ends. But this is betray of contract and CHEATING.
THEY ARE AWARE ABOUT THE PROBLEM BUT PERPOSELY THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING I AM SURE. WHILE LODGING THE COMPLAINT THE PERSON PROMISED ME TO CALL ME BUT 72 HOURS HAS PASSED I DO NOT HAVE RECEIVED ANY CALL. I AM SO FRUSTRATED BY THE ATTITUDE OF DELL CUSTOMER CARE THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF SERVICE THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL OR SUGGEST ME THE PROCEDURE.
APPRECIATE YOUR QUICK GUIDENCE.
This attitude will not yield the reapeted customer and first time customers also. And, one customer can make lot of difference to your business, please mind it. This is a business truth.
