    Default DELL : Mocery of Warranty, Just to frustrate customers. Not intended to cater promise

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    I have purchased one desktop PC on 23 July 2010 of brand Dell from Kings Electronics, Nerul, Navi Mumbai INDIA.My keyboard is not functioning since 20 days. My work is held up.

    I have reported this to the dealer (Kings Electonics)and they have given me your customer care numbaer to lodge a complaint as the system is in warranty period.

    I lioged the complaint but no action has been taken so far. I get forced to call them again and again.

    The customer care procedure (if so) is not friendly. First of all dell customer care people try to frustrate the customer to keep on hold for longer period of time and more over followed by instruction to press this or that number many a times.

    Another their customer care person starts bombarding all technical question which as a user I am not suppose to know.

    If Dell has given warranty why they are not sending their people for remedy instead of tourturing customer to not to ask for warranty what they have promised at time of purchase.

    They are in this mind that once they have sold and got their money their responsibility ends. But this is betray of contract and CHEATING.

    THEY ARE AWARE ABOUT THE PROBLEM BUT PERPOSELY THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING I AM SURE. WHILE LODGING THE COMPLAINT THE PERSON PROMISED ME TO CALL ME BUT 72 HOURS HAS PASSED I DO NOT HAVE RECEIVED ANY CALL. I AM SO FRUSTRATED BY THE ATTITUDE OF DELL CUSTOMER CARE THAT I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS THEY ARE NOT CAPABLE OF SERVICE THE CUSTOMER. PLEASE DO THE NEEDFUL OR SUGGEST ME THE PROCEDURE.

    APPRECIATE YOUR QUICK GUIDENCE.

    This attitude will not yield the reapeted customer and first time customers also. And, one customer can make lot of difference to your business, please mind it. This is a business truth.

    Default DELL laptop

    Hello,
    We have gone through your complaint and suggest you to send a written notice via registered post to the CMD of DELL, mention all the details in it, attach photocopy of all the supporting document and ask them for the refund within the mentioned time in the notice.
    Wait for their response and revert us back.
    Note: Keep all the copy of Complaint, Notice and the registered post slip, this may help you if you need to knock the consumer forum.

    Hope this may solve your problem.

    i had bought dell vostro 1510 model from global computers in rohtak haryana.
    from the first day my bluetooth is not working.Now its speakers also showing poor quality. I complained to global computers and also talked to dell customer care many times, but it was of no use. I am a student,staying in delhi and i can't work without my laptop.
    soo Plzzz help me out soon as after few months my warranty period is also going to expire.

    Default Complaint for Laptop VOSTRO 1014

    Dear Sir or madam,

    I am using your laptop model VOSTRO 1014. I purchased it october 2009. Earlier it was working fine but now sometimes I face problem with its digital mouse.

    Also thier is problem in OUTLOOK EXPRESS.

    Dear sir,
    my friend puchase a laptop from dell 15 days ago.And he just installed a mozilla fir fox & geogle crome.He shut down laptop. After few minutes when he restart the laptop laptop is not working properly.Please send me the soluation.or give me your any contact number.

    PURCHASED DATE : 29-AUG-2009
    ISSUE: SYSTEM HANGS WHEN IT IS USED WITH ADAPTOR
    WARRANTY: YES
    I am complaining about this issue to the dell customer care via call and online chat from the last one year. They have tried to resolve the issue by changing the motherboard , installing other operating system , diagnosing the laptop , updating the bois , changing the adaptor and the battery and many other techniques . THIS PROBLEM IS OCCURRING FROM THE DATE I PURCHASED THE LAPTOP . I have requested them to replace the laptop or to exchange it with another model , BUT THEY ARE NOT READY TO DO SO INSTEAD THEY CALLS ME AGAIN AND AGAIN TO GIVE SOME OTHER STEPS . Kindly look into my issue and resolve it as soon as possible . I have already warned them about complaining in the consumer court 3-4 times between the issue resolving process . I will be grateful to you if you will help me in this case.

    Default DELL not delivering laptop as displayed on its site.

    The inconvenience I have faced while order and getting a laptop with DELL. this has been the most disturbing phase.

    I am expecting my Laptop - Inspirion 15R by tomorrow (31st August) as mentioned on ths DELL site and its still not processed for dispatch. It’s in Built stage since 5 days and will take another 1 week more

    Sales team can’t do much on processesing. Customer care can’t provide more details than required and can’t assist. I contacted Geeta, Archana from customer care. I also spoke to Mr. Vijay Kumar from customer care who is the reporting manager of Miss Archana. I have not even received any email from Geeta stating that i will be getting the "Targus value top load DFD carrying case 15.6". I am considering filing a case for the delay in getting my laptop and not sending any confirmation emails on the compensation, nor does anyone revert back as communicated on phone.

    I want a higher compensation from DELL cuase it has caused lot of disturbance and made my progets delayed and has cause me financial losses as i have to sit in a cyber cafe for hours to work on my project at odd hours.

    Sir right now i am writing to you from other computer. i purchased a dell laptop inspiron 15 nearly a month back from Delhi. i have bsnl broadband at my home. The laptop was getting connected to the internet easily. All of a sudden it is not getting connected to the internet. i called the bsnl people thinking that there may be problem with the broadband but it is ok. so there is some problem in my laptop. kindly guide me what to do. my email is ravendranautiyal@yahoo.co.in. i am living in sonepat,haryana,india.

    I HAVE PURCHASED DELL VOSTRO 1015 FROM M/S R.K.ENTERPRISES 152-53,GANDHI MARKET,AMBALA CANTT.DT 14/3/10 FOR (Rs 32500).THE SOFTWARE WAS INSTALED XP BY THE VENDOR BUT IT WAS NOT ORIGINAL,WHICH ALSO GOT CURROUPT WITHIN A WEEK AGAIN INSTALED AND AGAIN IT WAS CURROPTED,THEN THE VENDOR INSTALLED WINDOWS 7 AGAIN IT IS NOT THE ORIGINAL ONE.PLEASE GUIDE ME WHT TO DO,AS THE VENDOR SAYS THAT ORIGINAL SOFTWARE IS NOT RECIVED BY VOSTRO 1015.

    Inspiron N5010
    I purchased it From P C Point, Amaravati, Maharashtra at cost of Rs. 37500/-. when I purchased I only got Dos OS CD.
    but my other Friends purchased it from other Showroom,they got all together Seven CD's including Drivers CD's at the same cost as I paid.
    I am unsatisfied with this.
