    Default Problem with the battery

    Hi!
    I bought Dell Studio on 26th Feb 2009, now wenever i start my laptop it is showing tht "your battery is able to charge properly but it is reaching the end of its usable life" it is showing plugged in but not charging. And wen charging a red light blinks near that power and wen i shut it down the red light is still there ... i dont kno whts the problem.... please help me out.

    Unhappy About the offer

    Dear sir,

    i bought a Dell inspiron 1440 laptop in oct. 2009.
    That time an offer was going on with it.....it's name was "pick your four" or something,
    we've choose the four things.
    The seller told us that u will get this thing in a month or 15 days as your gift.
    But now its 5 month passed i asked them many times but they always say that
    your gift is not come yet.

    what should i do now?

    I have bought a Dell Studio 15 Laptop on 30th Dec 2009. I received Laptop without carry case that include in total cost.

    I have tried to connect to your DELL service center over telephone and email but didn’t get any positive response. They are just giving dates and not doing anything. I am upset now, but I have heard, Dell have excellent service after sales. Hope you will solve the problem.

    sir,
    my nme is T.Bharath chandra we ordered 4laptos in name of vidya sagar our sales person name is sona sundharam .one of 4 laptops we got it on 21-2-2010&another we got to day.may i know when we get the remaining laps.i want to know whats the problem for this lagging.

    i hav purchased my laptop 1 day ago..
    i have problems regarding to shutdown
    my laptop is not properly working..
    it has hanging problems..
    it hangs at regular interval.
    when i wants to shutdown it does not work..

    i am having the blue buck problem ie. unexpected shut down.....for which no proper remedy is provided...
    although my laptop is under warranty....
    their executives are not replying......

    Default problem regarding service support Tag no: HSP73BS Ref#780502319158

    I contacted dell on no: 18004259045 for 6 times and my call was transferred from one department to another but not to the right department.
    After about fifteen min of 6th call I was transferred to the right fellow which is just ridiculous and I dont expect this kind of service from Dell. After all this hastle and after 4 days of lodging the complaint I was told that the part of the PC is not available in India and has been shipped from Singapore. This information would have been given at the first instance rather at the 6th. Also kindly provide your service deptt in Chandigarh with power backup facility to give solutions rather than excuses.

    i have purchased my laptop 2 years ago from Sultanpur(UP).
    From past 1 months when i used my laptop it'll we warm up with in 20-25 minutes.
    that's y i can't do my work properly.
    So plz solve my problem as soon as possible.

    It is very grief to say that Dell is not caring his customer, as he is not able to solve my probelem since last 1 month. service tag no.-21H54BS, ph no- 09338304950, they only wasting my time, but output is Zero.

    Angry OS Cd not given.

    Hello sir i ordered and got a new DELL STUDIO laptop on 02-June-2010.
    My service tag number is 9RXT5BS.
    Actually i did not get the Windows 7 CD along with my shipment. I was never told about this. After using the laptop for 2 days i had got the error " BOOTMGR MISSING". Only then i searched for my windows cd and found that the cd was missing. Then i called DELL on 04-June-2010 and they told me that i would get it before 14-June-2010. But i did not get it. Even after that i called them several times and i always get the answer that i will get in some days. Please help me through this sir. I am extremely upset with this attitude of DELL. Please suggest me a way to get my CD.

    i bought my laptop from GLOBAL COMPUTERS in rohtak.
    from the first day, its bluetooth is not working.I complained to the global computers but they are not giving any positive response.I have visited them so many times.I have also talked to dell cutomer care,bt that was also of no use.
    NOW, my battry is also not working properly and my laptop warms up within 10-15mts.
    I am a student in delhi, and can't work without my laptop.
    sooooooooooo plzzzzzz help me out as soon as possible.
