I have purchased a HCL Computer in 7/6/07 which was with 3 yrs of warranty as also
mentioned in the bill by the dealer. The delear told that all the necessary
documents are clear and the computer will be in the warranty for 3 yrs.
But to our surprise when I called for a repair in the computer after a year, they
told me
that there is no registration for there year, I gave them
all the necessary documents and confirmed about the purchase of the same.
Then they provide me the service for next six months till dec 08. But in the jan 09
they refused to provide me the service on the papers they said it’s delars paper so
we can’t provide you the service on it. I sand them a latter and a notice also but
they won’t provide me any response.

the system. I mail HCL alot but still I won’t get any response. So plz help me on it
I just want to take them in the cout.
I am harrased very much by HCL. I hope that you will resolve the matter &
help us.
