Well don't buy any hp machines from therir dealer M/s Ornate computers they do not provide any support even if in warranty. You have to contact main delho office to complain & then the problem is solved. This company is not bothered abt customer suffering belive in customer service. 7-10
day pass u will hear enginner will come for sure but no one will turn up. So guys don't buy any machine from them(M/s Ornate computers)@Bandra, Mumbai.

Hello everybody,

It's not just with this service provider. I think this is the case with every HP service provider. My CD drive wasn't working and it took 1 and half month for them to get it repaired. And that too after I threatened them for going to consumer forum. Their service clauses come in so fine lines and nukes and
corners that a common man will find it difficult to understand when the actual time comes.

And almost all HP notebooks start giving problems in the first year of their purchase, irrespective of whatever care you take.
