It's been more than 8 months now that we have complained about the keyboard of our newly purchased desktop on 23rd July 2009. My call id is 218090324. Then an executive came over and replaced our keyboard which was not working with an old keyboard for temporary basis and assured that they will repair our keyboard and will give us back. But till now, we have been chasing for our keyboard which is still not repaired and given back to us. This is truely an example of negligence. If you are not going to reply to this email and provide resolution within next 2 days then i am so sorry but i beleive I have to escalate it further to consumer complaint.

Kindly do the needful.
