I have Media Center Version of HCL and my machine Serial No. is 1074AQ309250 I hve also extended my PC warranty for two years in the month of September, 2008. After extension HCL has provide us its services two or three times and I have a problem with my multimedia keyboard and its service provider replace the keyboard with the normal standard keyboard alogwith mouse as they are cheaper than my mutimedia wireless keyboard and wireless mouse I need them back or either compensation in this regard. After changing/replacing the engineer who came our house left its job and I am unable to contact with HCL Customer Care. Once I got a chance to conversate with them and they said that they do not have any AMC papers of our machine and told me to faxed them I faxed it then they still said they didn't get it. I have purchased a local keyboard from the market and using it since then and that standard keyboard is not working and creating so much problem. i had bought kingston pendrivr 4 gb data traveller 120 from a local vendor(r.k.enterprises) &the pendrive is not working now the payment slip has 5 yrs replacement warrenty written over it,& vendor is not ready to replace
what should i do?
