replacement and money back of my reliance modem i purchase reliance net connect modem of Rs 2200/- from anand entrprises reliance distributor,cadbury&mohani tea hotel best view, ward no 9 ,khatima (distt.- u.s nagar) UTTRAKHAND.but the modem is defected an the market cost of modem is 1400. an he is not replacing the modem an not give me back my extra amount.please help me out
