I BUYED an keyboard microsoft sidewinder x6 fro Rs4243.the time i opened the box the keyboard was all scratched and some keys were loose and the packaging was also not proper inside the box.I told this issue to the seller HE WAS OFFERING THE SAME MODL AS A REPLACEMENT BUT THAT KEYBOARD WAS ALSO HAVING SCRATCHES WAS IN THE SAME CONDITION THAN I DENIED IT AS BOTH KEYBOARDS WERE DAMAGED AND WERE NOT IN A NEW CONDITION ,THAN he told me that he cant do anything without microsoft's approval AFTER THAT I CONTACTED MICROSOFT AND THEY TOLD WE CANT DO ANYTHING IN THIS U HAVE TO SOLVE THIS YOURSELF ,SO I CONTACTED THE SELLER AGAIN AND AGAIN HE DENIED TO DO ANYTHING.

SO PLEASE HELP ME I AM LEFT WITH A POOR NOT NEW KEYBOARD KEYBOARD.I am in big trouble and because of this matter i lost my gaming competition at byoc as i WAS IN NEED FOR THIS KEYBOARD WAS NOT USING AS IT HAS TO BE REPLACED .

SO SIR PLEASE TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THE SELLER AS WELL AS MICROSOFT AND PROVIDE ME WITH SOME JUSTICE.

This is for the information when buyer bought the keyborad it was sealed.

And the buyer brought it back after 5-6 days and started complaining.

He should have opened the packet there n there itself checked if everything is ok.

THE PERSON WHO SCRAPED ABOVE IS MISTAKEN AS I TOOK THIS KEYBOARD TO THE SELLER AFTER ONE DAY ONLY.

THE BOX WAS SIMPLY NOT HAVING THE PROPER PACKAGING IT WAS COVERED WITH TAPE, THE INSIDE POLYTHENE IN WHICH THE KEYBOARD WAS PACKED WAS ALSO TEARED AND THE VOLUME AND LIGHT KNOBS(DIALS) WHICH ARE ON THE KEYBOARD WERE ALSO NOT HAVING THE SCRATCH GUARD WHICH THE NORMAL NEW PACKGAE HAS.

AND HAAN IT WASN'T SEALED ,THE SELLER'S PERSON SEALED THE BOX IN FRONT OF ME WITH TAPE AND I HAVE THE PROVE OF IT AS THE TAPE IS EASILY VISIBLE AND ANYBODY CAN MAKE OUT THAT THE KEYBOARD WAS NOT SEALED.

Don't talk false.Why a buyer will scratch his keyboard.You are causing more bad name to Zapak.Simple lession , Don't buy from Zapak.
