I purchased a computer from the below mentioned shop
Anamika Enterprises(owned by Paritosh Kundu),
1st floor, Om Parisar,
Arya Nagar,Durg,Chattisgarh(0788-4050313) on 15-06-2011.
It was an assembled one.
A few days back I found that one of the USB ports were not working.So I called up the concerned person and reported the problem.
He advised me to bring the CPU to his above mentioned shop.
After submitting the CPU he took 3 days exactly to fix the problem.
However on retrieval of the CPU we found out that the processor and RAM has been replaced .
The processor has been downgraded from Intel core 2 duo to Intel dual core while the RAM has been replaced with an older version.
On informing about the said changes to the person,he refused to return the original parts.

Please find attached the scanned copy of the challan of the buying of the product from his shop.

Hence we kindly seek your help in this regard and take proper action against the person(Paritosh Kundu)
