I am hereby writing in for a serious problem I am facing in my TATA INDICA GLX XETA PETROL + CNG (CO. FITTED).
I bought this car on 05th May 2008 from STERLING MOTORS - TATA DEALER in NOIDA SEC 1.
I am facing MAJOR problems in CAR CNG fitment from Day 1. After sending car to showroom for checking problem many times, I was so depressed and furious. I felt cheated by TATA Motors by giving me a Faulty car or CNG kit.
It jerks like a Bullock Cart when on CNG mode and above all they charged me approx. Rs.60,000+ for CNG kit fitment which is normally available in Open Market for Rs.22,000/- I just paid that THREE TIMES hefty amount just in order to SAVE my company warranty, but to no USE.
As the warranty never helped me in getting my car problem fixed.
I was so tired of travelling/ taking time off my work to TATA Dealer and spending hours over there, just getting my car problem fixed, which was never fixed.
Now, its THREE gruelling years after running behind TATA Dealer to get it fixed. From, last 1.5yrs instead of going to STERLING MOTORS - Noida, I started visiting RAGHUVANSHI MOTORS - Dilshad Garden, Delhi (as it is closer to my home). But the same problem, persists.
In the name of CHECK-UP the dealership keep charging me Rs750 for computerised check up to see whats the problem.
Although, I knew the problem is with CNG when put on CNG mode car starts JERKING. Also, now the problem is going further and same problem happens when on PETROL or CNG both mode.
The Car have also developed problem of Over heating and engine & RPM is on continuos run.
Now the CAR stops mid-way anywhere, due to overheating and failure of petrol/cng kit fitment. I have spent thousands of rupees by way of getting the car fixed locally to make it work for me to reach home or at work on most occassions.
NOW I have learnt a lesson, that never BUY A TATA CAR in life.
But, after so many years of harrassment by TATA car and DEALERSHIP. I want to lodge a consumer forum case against TATA Motors, Raghuvanshi Motors (TATA Dealership - for rude behaviour of their employees towards me) for fianancial trauma, mental harrassment and personal agony faced by me in last 3+ years by way of Poor Quality Product, Worst After Sales Service, Rude Behaviour.
