i have applied for igl gas connection on 08-11-2010 .my cheque cleared on 10-01-2011.but i am still waiting for connection.i am not been given satisfactory answer.some times they say that from security point of view it is not feasible.all my neighbours have this connection so how is it possible. they are not even refunding my amount.i am given a lot of mental torture.i want a name of person who has given a wrong report and immediately want my connection or money whatever is feasible to igl

Sub.: No Connection Received Till Date for the Supply of Piped Natural Gas.

Sir,

I Sunil Jindal R/O. HIG Flat No.36G, 5th Floor, Vikas Co-op Housing Society ,West Enclave, Pitampura, Delhi -11008 has booked a connection for the Supply of Piped Natural Gas . My Registration form no.646173 dated 28.04.2010. I have paid Rs.6000 of refundable security against cheque No.000088 of Rs.5000 date 28.04.2010 & cheque no.000089 of Rs.1000 date 28.04.2010. When we booked the connection the booking person told us ,We will give you connection within two month but now after 13th months of registration we have not received any connection.
Although there is already have many connections in my Apartment and my Society. There is no more efforts for giving new connection from same Apartment to my flat.
We have many times requested to your office, but there is no answer of our problems. The booking person Mr.Vijay Kumar his mobile no.9268455457 has told every time, you have to contact in our office. We also call your office but there has no such answer of our problem. I have not received any information about my connection from your office. So I am very up said for the poor service of IGL.I want to know what is the problem to give me a new connection. And further how much time you will take for a new connection..

Kindly consider my case immediately otherwise I can complain in consumer forum. And will take legal action against you.

Sub: REGARDING MY IGL METER.

Sir,

I Gurdeep singh House no A222 meera bagh second floor paschim vihar , the issue is that sir we have a joint family we have taken three connection and this is my third bill which is coming very high which cant be possible bcoz this time i have used my cylinder also and as compare to ground and first floor therebills are (rs550 and 642) they used igl connection whole month but my bill is coming rs 1800 even when i have used cylinder dis time i have complained many times to customer service but no body is bothered . Sir the service of igl is very poor, this time it will be not possibl for me to make payment as it is not correct.

Kindly consider my case immediately otherwise I can complain in consumer forum. And will take legal action against you.

i am trying for last 10 days to get my connection temporarily under safecustody because of repair work. i almost tried 15 -20 times every time got the same answer ,our computers are down we will get back to you ,i also tried to contact local dealer at vivek vihar but the result is same frustrating,hearing ill- behaved persons voice directig to personnaly visit at R K Puram office and get your self personally identified and get original documents checked. if this is the state of affair at igl iam really feel sorry about the over all system of consumarism in our country. hope authorities may act and take due action myigl gas PARTENER NO IS 4000044079

DELAY IN INSTALLING IGL GAS CONNECTION



Dear Sir / Madam

I am Richa Singh R/O House No. 903 Sector - 1, Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, U.P - 201012.

My BP No. is 7000027489. I had applied for a PNG connection on 17.04.2011 and had deposited requisite depsoit of Rs. 6000/-. The cheque has been cleared from my bank account. The comapny has ordered on 03.06.2011 to install connection. But till date connection has not been installed. However who has applied much aftre than me has managed to get installed connection. I dont know how they managed. I have called customer care centre many times they somply replied that "within next few days your connection will be installed"

I contacted many officers of IGL for the said purpose. But all are helpless. They simplied said "wait".

Pls let me know what should i do to get mu connection installed.
