levis jeans I baught a jeans of 32 waist from LEVI STRAUSS (INDIA) Pvt. Ltd.
Franchisee : ORACLE RETAIL INDIA, Shop-19, Ground Floor, Rahul Raj Mall, Dumas Road, Surat
Article no of the JEANS is 65504-0117.
There was steatching defect in the jeans, the same addmited by the shopkeeper, submitted for replacement vide slip no-362,
but sorry to say you that till date i have not received the replacement.
Please reply, what to do
