I placed an Order on 24-02-2012, Order No : 20120224025036 for a combo shoe ( Reebok and Admiral Formal Shoe) for size no 9, and when i received the shoes they were not my size. So on 27-02-2012 I called them to get the size changed which they did after a month’s follow up. But when i again received the shoes Reebok shoe was of my size and the Admiral Formal Shoe was again not the size that I ordered. Again I called them on 28-03-2012 for which they said they will do it, but then on 17-04-2012 they said that they dint have the available size, so i asked them to refund the amount in that case which they said they will do it. Ever since that i have called them 8-9 time in this regards but all i get is false commitment. Finally on 6-05-2012 the customer care executive told that they don't have any policy of refund and they cannot send me the cheque. See the Irony, But today before filing in the complaint to you i called them last time to enquire as to what is the status so the Supervisor named Alkesh Mishra told me that they will get the faulty product picked in 2days time and in another 10-12 days they will send me the cheque. Again a false commitment.

Please help in getting it resolved as i am being harasser for last 3months and i feel that i have been cheated and this way the company is taking advantage of the customer.
