I'd given 4 dress materials for stitching on Jan 6th 2012 and my body measurements were taken by one of the seller in the store. After about a month I collected the dresses upon paying the full amount for stitching to find none of them were fitting right. I went back to the store and had the tailor visit the store who took my measurements again and found that the initial measurements were wrong and thats the reason the dresses were not fitting right. Tailor did some alterations but the dresses are still not wearable. I've beeen making several calls & visits to the store but the store owner & the tailor are not responding to me and are avoiding me.

The total cost of the materials is Rs.4000 + stitching Rs. 1000.

I'm being harassed by this tailor and they give nasty response whenever I ask them to bring the tailor so that I can tell what alterations are required. The dresses are not wearable and I've returned them to the store. I'm under loss since they are not altering the dress nor agreeing to give the compensation.

I've moved out of that area and is a great effort of time & money to visit the store and they are not obliging to anything.
