i purchased a set of zaveri pearls(customer pin 11018887) on dt. 25/07/2011 Rs. 1590/-from jaipur 22 godam( life style ) and they give us offer a lifetime warranty on polishing and repairing , after few months when pearls got unfurnished we reached to shop and tell them to refurnished the set, they advise the shop change from this place(life style) to gaurav tower malviya nagar jaipur (shopper stop) and we are not liable to refurnished this set, then we are going to shopper stop and tell them to my problem they said you purchased this set from another place and ours authorities not permission to refurnished this set.
unfortunately from this type of situation create problems for customers and because of this customers will not be able to make trust this type of companies for the next time.

I would like to give you gratefulness if u take proper action for this.

i have brought a necklace from zaveri pearls outlet at bangalore international airport on 26th jan evening@2000 packed it in a hard box onthe way to bbsr via kolkata.handed it to my wife as a gift,opened but found it broken due to manufacturing defects.called shoppersstop,they replied cannot do nothing as it is purchased.after repetative request they suggest to visit local shopper stop at bbsr.the person out there said he cannot do anything.

Dear All,

If there is any problem with Zaveri PearL Set do not make a call to SS. Go and visit the Zaveri Pearl Sales Man. They will fix it or replace it for you.

As per my Past Experience, My Mother bought Various Product from them and we keep exchanging product in case the polish is worn off or any other Damage.They prepare a new Warranty card in new visit or make the changes on the same.

I had good experience with them.
