Dear Sir/Mam,

I had ordered for four Benetton wrist watches from "accorservices" through
their website realdealbonanza.com on 13th and 20th of July 2009.

On 13th Jul ordered 1 Qty of Benetton watch and on 20th Jul ordered 2 Qty of Benetton watches but while purchasing online by credit card the amount got credited twice in the name of AVA merchandising and also mailed them the soft copy of Credit card statement on Service@avamerchandising.co.in but no response and still waiting for orders.

They had promised to deliver the watches within 21 days which they had not
till date without any information. On calling each time I always receive
the same words that the watches will be delivered within the running week
and many weeks have passed by and still the status is the same.

I would like your assistance into the matter as I am pissed of with their
behaviour. Such companies which cannot provide services to their customers
should be closed.

Pls. send a written complaint to the concerned Bank and to the Merchant as soon as possible. Revert back soon as you got any reply from them.
