    Default Pantaloon,shara Mall Gurgaon,sold Defective piece

    Hi,
    I was sold a defective piece , a full suit , which had a slight tear which could not be found at a random sight in the lower pajami. when i wore it first time til just got tore off.

    Bill no. - 0019054
    29-Jan was the date of purchase.
    30 i wore it and it got tore off
    31st i went back to the to return or excahnge and below was the conversation b/w the store manger and me:
    Manag - mam we cannot return it , it is not our faut
    Me- its the pajami, no way can i tear it if i could have done that incidently it would have been the suit on top of it first
    Mang- yesterday also a same complaint on same piece came and we refused to exchange, hence we wont
    Me- when you had a samedefect yesterday why are you saying its the customers fault.
    Mang: we cannot exchangte
    me- i will report this
    Mang- you can report it whereever you want
    i took there numbers left the piece there and i am putting this post up here.

    When they had a same piece defect reported earlier then how can they blame the customer and not replace the thing.

    And the behaviour of the customer dek was really very rude and undone not acceptable to a customer.

    I am their 3 year old customer since i was in banglore and such type of a behaviour is unaffordable.
