I bought a black carry bag from Sreeleathers on 05/10/2011 for Rs 410. After just 3 weeks, it got torn. When I went to get it repaired, initially I was told it takes 20 days to repair and will be sent to Kolkata. When I protested, I was given an earlier date. But after a few days, they called to say it will take another week. Finally, when I went on 23/11/2011 to collect the bag, I saw that the repair work was very shoddy & the bag looked horrible. When I asked for replacement, they refused and took the bag again for repair, told me it will be ready on 05/12/2011 & promised to call when it is ready. They never called & when I went on 06/12/2011, I was told it can't be repaired & I will get a replacement. I asked for a refund which they refused. What can I do now?
