on 30/07/2009 for rs 3500 after a discount of 30%.
My bill no is 47129. When i wore on first day, i found wrinkle on pant.
Consequently i contacted the shop on no 0120-4233651 and described the events that i got wrinkles. Then the shopkeeper asked whether it was purchase for discount. I said it purchased for 30% discount. Then he simply said we have no liability for discount items. I asked what about your brand u selling a pant in rs 5000. He said that is ok sir but on discounted item we have no liability whether they torn or wore.
I am not able to understand that a reputed and lavish brand sells a product on discount and simply wash away his hand on quality as it was sold on discount.
