This is Vijay Singh Ahluwalia from Rohini, New Delhi.

I purchased a pair of Action Shoes in month of March 2009 which had a 12 months guarantee
period.In month of April the sole of shoe started coming out due to
which I gave the shoe back to the showroom for its replacement as it was within the guarantee period.The shoe dealer persuaded me by saying that he would be sending my damaged shoes to the company (action) for replacement & asked me to get it back after 30 days. But when I returned back to collect my replaced pair of shoes , to my surprise I found that only the sole of the shoe was replaced that too with a sole of bad quality.The sole originally was of rubber now the replaced one is that of PVC. Also the sole has not been pasted properly as the finish of the shoe has deformed.The dealer showed his helplessness in this issue & suggested us to lodge a complaint against the company & promised full support from his end.
