I pruchase a shirt (Brand Recardo) from motiwala complex, Tapadia Circle, Nirala Bazar, Aurangabad, Maharashtra, in feb 2009. As the colour of the shirt is dark, he took full guarantee against colour. But upto 5-6 washings, it spoting the colour on other cloths. By these things my 2 other shirts get damage. When i bring these things in his notice, along with bill, he denied for exchange/return. In respect of changing the shirt, he told "WHAT EVER YOU WANT TO DO, DO THAT, I WILL NOT CHANGE THE SHIRT".
Can consumer court help me in this regards.
