Respected Sir,

I am Roopa Rawat Nurse by Profession, ordered my bridal lehnga from Chandani Chowk from VINAYAK Creations on September 11, 2010. I paid whole amount of 30100. rs for lehnga & 12100 rs for two sarees.

Date of delivery was 1 oct & 10th oct for sarees & lehnga blauze, & for lehnga & chunari date had given to me was 4 th december.
complaints against Vineet gupta owner of Vinayak Creations.

false promises to costumer
no delivery on time delay more than 20 days
not responding to calls in spite of full payment on booking date only
all no. are unavailable. which cause so much mental stress to me.
no home delivery.
Substandard material not similar as sown at the time of order booking.


Sir hope you understand my mental stress as my wedding is due on 18th & my wedding dress is still not reached to me, infact there is a huge changes in color*& material.

Sir/ Mam. I am writing this complaint being very helpless, & requesting you to teach a good lesson to theses people. who really created so much tension in family.

Your early & quick response will be highly appreciable.
