Dear Team,

In the first week of October 2010, I made an online purchase of two formal shirts from an online shopping portal Tradus as per order number 1037691, the products were 49488, and 49489. On October 8th, they delivered only one shirt (49489) to me. I still have the proof of delivery which clearly states only one shirt in quantity (with their authorized seal and signature). Since then, I have called the Customer care 10-15 times, everytime they offer for a callback after investigation but nobody ever called me, they didn't even respond to my email.
When I talked to a Customer Care Supervisor, he assured that he will investigate and respond to my email within 48 hours and refund the money if not delivered.
I got an email from their support that "We sincerely apology for the short delivery as well as inconvenience caused to you. This is inform you that your order against Item Id:49488 has been delivered on your shipping address."

I have wasted enough time chasing for their attention and help. Now, please show me the correct path to get justice. Do you recommend filing a fraud case against them in Consumer Court as I am really frustrated now. Please help and advice.

Regards,
Himanshu.
