Dry cleaning services is very important. I recently experiances bad
experiance, i had given my expensive suit for dry cleaning and in rtuen
i found my blazer is shrinked, on complaining the dry cleaners finds
fault with cloth quality, while in my view it is over heated during
pressing. How consumer court can be helpfull to me here?
Can any body help me?
Its obvious that the bill has been returned to dry cleaners against
delivery of cloth.
So i do not have any proof now
Shall be thankfull if somebody can guide me
Giriraj Dry Cleaners Hiranandani Powai Mumbai This dry cleaner is located in Galleria, Hiranandani Gardens, Powai. Never make the mistake of putting/giving any of your clothes there. They never returned an expensive dress of mine I had given,they told me many lies and went on giving me fake deadlines. Inspite of calling them repeatedly I was unable to get my dress and no refund.
Loss of property and Consumer Harassment Hi,
I had given Giriraj Dry cleaners in Shop No 97, Galleria, Hiranandani Powai 4 suits to dry clean. He gave them back without cleaning and did not return cover of one of the suits. He took full payment of Rs. 750 from me assuring that he will return the suit cover worth 2000/-. It has been over 5 weeks of following up on him but he has not returned it yet.
What action can be taken against him in this case so that no one else goes through this mental harassment.
