I WORE THESE SHOES ON 19/11/09 AND FOUND DEFECT IN SHOES, DUE TO THIS MANUFACTURING DEFECT MY TOE GOT INJURED.I VISIT AT YOUR SALE OUTLET & REQUEST THEM TO CHANGE THIS DEFECTIVE SHOE BUT THEY REFUSED TO DO THAT .I WAS READY TO PAY THE DIFFERNCE AMOUNT FOR SOME OTHER BETTER MODEL. BUT, THEY PROMISED ME TO REPAIR THE SHOE UPTO 10/12/09.(REPAIR SLIP 528 DATED 20-11-09)
AFTER MY SO MANY TELEPHONIC CALLS AND VISIT TILL DATE I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHOES.
WHAT KIND OF PRODUCT AND SERVICE woodland RENDERING TO their CUSTOMERS?
IT’S GONE MORE THAN 32 DAYS I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY SHOES.IS ANYBODY LITENING IN THE COMPANY...
PLEASE REVERT BACK AND SOLVE MY PROBLEM.
