i purchased a shoe from woodland outlet here at City Centre, Gwalior in February 2011, and have since worn it for 2 or 3 months only and the sole of the shoe has started to crack, with no help coming from the sale outlet, as they say that on bill itself a seal has been affixed regarding no guarantee, no warantee and no exchange. I had recently switched to woodland from Bata! i am rethinking about my choice.

SHOP NAME ---- AERO CLUB, BSK 3rd STAGE, BANGALORE 560085.

I purchased this sandals in the month of March, 2011. Since then, I am having the problem in the back strap, when you walk wearing it, it just flips down. When I asked the Store Manager, I was told that it would get adjusted as I use it for couple of weeks. After almost 1 month, as there was no improvement, I had given the sandals to repair it, they had almost taken a month to return but " NOTHING WAS DONE, IT REMAINED THE SAME".

After using the same for almost 20days, again I gave it for the service - 2nd Service - NOTHING WAS DONE. IT REMAINED THE SAME.

I was told to use the same for one month and it would get adjusted, did the same as per their words. I am really disappointed to tell you that there was no proper service given and in the 3rd service - NO ACTION HAD TAKEN, IT WAS JUST THE SAME AS IT WAS BOUGHT.

As this process almost went for 10 to 11 months, I am being told that it cannot be replaced as it is 10months old. But I need an explanation on the below queries.

* Why was a faulty piece given at the start?
* Why didn't the store manager gave a replacement at the start rather convinced customer to use it with the just service, despite knowing that the service/repair was not done?


Now its almost since 45 days, I have been liaising with the customer care and the store where I bought it, and I have not got the sandals back.

I WILL NOT TAKE MY SANDALS BACK UNTIL THIS IS BEEN ACTIONED BY GIVING A REPLACEMENT. I AM REALLY DISAPPOINTED THE WAY THIS ISSUE IS BEEN HANDLED. I AM BEING A REGULAR CUSTOMER OF WOODLANDS AND NEVER EXPERIENCED THIS BEFORE.

PLEASE LOOK INTO THIS AS A PRIORITY AND DO THE NEEDFUL.

I have a formal shoes bought in the year 2010, Which is used rarely and only for official use. The sole got removed and the actual body became unusable.I have given the shoes to Repair at D.Devaraj Urs Road, on 23-March -2012. And today is 09-May-2012. Still they are saying that we have sent it to HO, Dehli. Can any body suggest any alternate.

my woodland shoes with product no. Gc0570908 had got damage before 90 days. i gave it to woodland store and repaired it. but when i used after that it have got instantly damage but now they tell to repair that as usual. i tell them that it will get damage as before and they reply me that they have no more option because its problem with paste not material and company not take paste problem.Is it fair? and shoes need good paste for hardness and they didn't provide me in my first service.now they tell me your 90 days over. what can i do for that please kindly solve my problem.

i was brought wood lands shoes(coimbatore R.S puram branch) last eight month back,with in few day the shoes got damaged near front edge bottom.i was informed them through the phone.were i was brought,they said we can do service live long so bring to shoes.i went the shoes the manager not seen but he comments it was damaged due to your unsafety useage.they not treated the consumer properly and they not taken for service also,they said service will do only with in 3 month of purchase (then y u telling life long service making fool to all .what a hell make wood lands shoes and very poor customer handling and no proper analysis in shoes damaged)
i requested to my friend and all i informed do not buy any wood lands shoes and its only making fool and waste of money and make more pain in foot.

i have been a consumer of woodland since 9 years as part of purchasing shoes n sandles..since 8 months before i purchased a pair of sandles which has buckles.
though i did not used it frequently its buckles were damaged n when i consulted the concerned shop where i took they r not even ready to listen my problem n also giving useless instructions as to bring bills. Inspite of showing sandles n bill they r not responding, i approached almost 4 outlets exclusive of WOODLAND..
moreover i have decided not to be a part n a consumer of this brand n i shall suggest to my friends also not to purchase as it is unable n not deserved to sell its products n unfulfill the consumer requirements.

I had purchased a shoe from your showroom from AERO CLUB WOODLAND STORE, shop no 1-10-74/B, Besides Sony centre,SP Road, Begumpet ,ph 040-30441440.
The shoe was purchase on 30 Dec 12 ,artical no L703A ,repairslip no CF 15 and surprisingly the sole started coming out within two months . Besides the sole the cracks in the leather were very prominent . Iwas told by the shopkeeper that this would be replaced , but unfortunately when i called up today they told me that the shoe has been repaired and sent back.
