Reebok Shoes Hi,
I had bought a pair of new Reebok runner shoes from their showroom in Hyderabad (Masab Tank) on December 20th 2008.The stitch of the shoes was open and I returned the same in an unused condition to the showroom on 14th Jan 2009 and they gave me a slip confirming the reciept of the shoes for exchange.
It has been more than two months and today i.e 1st March they say that they can not exchange the pair and I can take something new but now they have increased the prices saying that the old shoes are no longer being made by the compnay and new models are in store.When I asked the phone number for their manager they said that he can not give it to me.
Please help me with this. Either they refund my money or exchange the old shoes.

Cheated Hi, I bought a pair of REEBOK shoes from the katwaria sarai store in delhi. Just after one wear the shoes were tearing from inside, I took it back to the store when they said that nothing we can do about it. I told them that they had talked about six months warranty and this is just 1 wear.. Then I left the shoes there totally cheated by them.
