i buy a lower and shoes from a shop B. Singha Chatrath & Sons (77, Okhla industrial estate, Ph.3, New Delhi-110020).

he refused to provide me the bill. on asking for bill he said you will be required to pay 4% extra as VAT.

My total was 900rs i pay by credit card and he swapped 950rs and said this is service tax money.

Kindly Do the needfull.
