Dear Concerned,
I purchased a shoe from Lifestyle retail gurgaon store of Franco leone for INR 1995/- on 26th September 2009. I was told that the shoe holds a warranty of 1 Year by the sales representative. Within two and a half months the shoe is in bad shape:
1. The sole on both the pairs is coming off.
2. The inner leather cover at the back of the shoe has came off from the right feet shoe totally and the shoe irritates while walking.
I am into service where I have to meet clients daily and this shoe is in a unwearable condition.
Now I went to the Lifestyle store last Saturday (2nd January 2010), I am a member of Lifestyle where I get some points on the purchases I make.
I have lost my bill from Lifestyle and Lifestyle is not giving me the duplicate copy which is very easy for them to take out and neither are they giving to me in writing that they cannot issue the duplicate (though I have earlier taken a duplicate bill for some other product some time back).
Please guide me on how I can take a duplicate copy of the bill from Lifestye retail.
I have written to Franco Leone shoes twice but have not received any reply from them.
Please advice how to proceed further. The photo's of the shoes is attached for reference.
