Dear Sir,
I had purchased a back pack bag from a VIP retailer at hubli for Rs 1200/- On using it for one and half month its stiches started to tear. The shop keeper stiched the bag and gave it back under warrenty. agian in one week the cloth of the bag got teared.
Now can i ask for replacement of the bag as warranty is for Zips and stiches, if the cloth is of low quality and if he repairs but also i will be facing the same problem in the future.
Kindly guide me how to deal with shop keeper for replacement of the bag.
