I am ratnakar kumar. I have purchased Reebok Tool kit through Internet from India Today Book Club website on date 25 Jan 2009. I receive my order after one week, but there was defected in the Reebok track suit that’s why I called up customer care regarding defected product. They told me, send your complete order which you receive for replacement. They also told me, “After receiving your defected product , we will check that and send you again your order within 20 days. But I have not receive any order from that time to till now.
I am calling India Today Book Club customer care from last five month again and again, but they have not solve my problem till now. They always committed with me that they will send my order within 10 to 15 days.
I am irritated from India Today Book Club customer care that’s why I am submitting complain on this website .
I request to you, Please take some needful action against India Today Book Club .
