I had ordered a Rani Haar via Indiatimes shopping Ad, which I saw, in TOI. My booking number is 129645806100907. The product that I received was much different than what was expected

a) Some stones are missing from the necklace.
b) The pendent was of some other design and the moti Quality vary.
c) The ear tops were without stoppers

Besides I was to receive a gift certificate of 500 which I didn’t receive yet. I have been trying to reach the customer care but in vain. The mail Id given on the website is not working as I get a failure notice every time I mail them. The phone lines are always busy. I m highly not satisfied with the quality of product sent to me, I wish to return the product. Kindly let me know the process before its too late.
