I had bought a piece of necklace from Tanishq Nagpur on 08/10/2009.We had further given it for making it short, but after visiting the showroom for 5 times, I still did not received the Jewelery. After the request of Ms.Aperna (the sales girl) I agreed to take delivery of the necklace after Diwali i.e on 21/10/2009.But I was surprised, when I visited the showroom yesterday i.e the sixth time she don't even feel ashamed of asking me to come after some more day.
This is the limit of my patience. The necklace was the first diwali gift from my Husband which I was going to wear on Diwali, but due to the ridiculous services of branch I was anable to wear it. She confirm me that she will do home delivery of the jewellery and gave wrong phone no of the shop.
This is the worst and ridiculous customer service I have ever received in any of the branded showrooms, If want to enquire that if I do not get the Jewellery on time what are the consumer right that I hold so that I can teach them a lesson for their Bad services. People don’t understand the language of kindness.
If I don’t get the neckless on time do I had a right to demand my money back and not to take the delivery of product.
