I had ordered 11 items for my baby from Babyoye.com on 11th August. They sent a mail saying they have shipped all the items and the same was updated on the babyoye website on 16th August. I received and opened the DTDC courier on 23rd August. But to my astonishment I could find only 6 items out of 11. The invoice the box carried also lists all the 11 items. I called babyoye multiple times and also sent them a mail for which they did not reply. But over phone they repeatedly say that all the items are shipped according to them. What should I do? The goods are worth about Rs.900/-
