Dear Sir,

This is V V Reddy, we have purchased kids ware on the eve of this Dassehra
festival in My Style shop, opp: ICICI bank habsiguda,hyd.and asked them
about return policy. We noticed that stiching is poor and about to tear
soon. When we came to return the dress the shop owner itself is behaving
rude with my wife and simply ignoring us saying that it is used and can't be
exchange. We spend about 2000 Rs on that day. We would like to drag him into
consumer court to teach him a lesson. Pls give us better suggestions...
