This is Durgadas Gope. I went for shopping Westside Shopping Mall on 30th June Saturday 2012. I swaps my ICICI Bank Debit card and money got debited from my account of Rs.1,698 on 30th June Saturday 2012 at 7:12 PM. Immediately I received SMS from ICICI Bank and the Lady was telling the system got hanged. I waited more than 30min after that the Lady was telling we cann't give the accessories because money is not credited in their system but I have shown them the SMS. She and her Manager Mohan(09060932333) saw the SMS and Mohan went into server room and checked and verified that Account was in suspended mode. Mohan was telling me that It will be credited with 24 hours next day same time. I returned back from the shopping mall with out any accessories. Next day evening I called Mohan and informed that money still not credited into my account. Again I went Westside Shopping Mall on Monday i.e. 2nd July 2012 and I met with Mohan and Mohan told you contact with Nagraj who is the Account Manager. He took everything in details and he told with 3 working days your money will be credited into your account and also send email to bank regarding this. I called many times to Westside Shopping Mall and talked with Nagraj(08867790862) and even I raised a request from ICICI Bank, I didn't get any response from anybody. Even Nagraj told me that he will call and inform me regarding the status. Till now I didn't get any response. Simply they are cheating with people. Following is the address of shopping mall.

I have ordered an Apex Puma sandal from bestylish.com on 28th july2012.The product they sent me was too small for me.So i requested for a return shipment which was not done on time.After making several calls the send a courier guy to my place to take the shipment back the courier guy was from Blue Dart services.Then i informed the customer care people about that they said the amount would be credit to my Bestylish account within 3 working days,but still waiting for the refund the product was for Rs900.Now they are trying to avoid my call.Every time they say that i will receive a call from their supervisor.Today i received an Email stating the product has been misplaced and they will not help me.Kindly do the needful.
