My name is kanchan goel. Two weeks before i purchase two gems from tele mall.
I demanded for two golden tapaz of sawa paanch ratti.

I found at jewellers shop that they were of eighr ratti n jewellers said they are
not real stone but made of plastic type. both of them just cost rs 40.

We felt helpless and called at telemall but they didn't listen and did not give the
amount back.

pandit strictly told us to wear sawa paanch ratti stone not more than that.

I called them there at call center. Who can help me in this matter.

please iss tele mall ko band karwa do doosrein to pagal nahi banegein.

yeah bejan daruwala daru pee ke pagal ho gaya hai

please look into this matter seriously

Dear Sir,
i recently purchase the Golden topaz 5.25 ratti from telemall kamla nagar, Delhi,
At time of purchase the ring color was yellow same as Golden topaz natural color. 3 days after wearing this ring the stone color changed from yellow to white. when i called telemall center in delhi they told me that there was yellow polish on stone then i was shocked. because natural gems never turn its color to other color as far as i know. i verified this stone to local gem seller he verified it that it is not Gem but a general stone which might be cost of 150 Rs.
Now telemall representative ignore to return back money to me as they promise in TV advertisement.
Now i am helpless and i am going to Consumer Court to claim in telemall.
Can some body come ahead with me to stop this cheating of telemall shop.
i think there are many people who r cheated by them, so please come with me or go to consumer court against these market cheater.
this is Our right and i will do that.......

i purchsed ek mukhi rudraksh. when i get the material and open this i found that ek mukhi rudraksha is made of plastic ad the shani kawach is made of plastic. when i call the center they do not pick up the phone. this is totally forgery.
