I am a NRI and I have visited India last month for my marriage purpose. My India residence is in Ahmedabad and I visited Mumbai for my marriage shopping. I have order to get stitch some of my cloth from FBI Design Studio based in Mazgaon owned by two brother, one of them is Kunal (+91 8080395550). They have charge me a hefty price of around INR 2,000 per pant which I got stitch 3 pants under the impression they will deliver in perfection. When I went to Mumbai for trial purpose, they have stitch the pant too shorter just below my knee and assured me that this is fault by the tailor and he will get this done and courier the pants to my Ahmedabad address. When I got my pants in Ahmedabad (4-5 days later) they were all stick shorter and I have no margin to get the length perfect, now the owner is not agreeing the pick my phone and answer my call. I have tried to calling through other number, but as soon he realized it’s me, he cuts the call and don’t answer the call.

I want you to take action against such store, who by their fault don’t answer customer query, we get huge losses. I want my money back for them.
