    Angry vedicure of Dr Anil Patil's center in vashi big fr

    Hi,This is my genuine complaint about the Vedicure run at vashi branch in Navi Mumbai Vedicure of Dr Anil Patil's.I went to treat my Thyroid problem after reading daily advertisement in the local paper about vedicure of Dr Anil Patil.At first it didnít click to me to have tour around the Vashi center and I immediately paid the fees for first package. I thought of starting my treatment as I was on vacation in Navi Mumbai and didnít have much time to wait.On starting the treatment at vashi sector-12 branch, the first thing you noticed about the center is that ,1) unclean center2) unhygienic massage seats and chair3) The steam room is so pathetic that each member sits on the chair inside a wooden box where your neck is out and body is partially covered with wooden doors. The steam comes through a pipe attached to cooker. This is so pathetic that half of the body gets burned that is close to the pipe one end and other half body is chilled because you donít get enough steam4) massage therapist DO NOT SEEM TO BE certified but local ladies who learn by watching other females who have been working there for some time.5) The staff is so ill-mannered and do not care what you say or feel during the massage. They do their job as if they are doing the favor on patient.6) Head doctor, Dr Anuja Patil of Vashi branch (sector-12) is also not the less, she was so arrogant when I informed her that shirodhara table is NOT clean. She answered in very rude manner that, this is how we can provide; we canít give you spa treatment.A center that CAN NOT even provide you with basic treatment and this is how doctor talks to the patient.7) When I was late in paying my second half package money, doctor didnít let me go in and receptionist called me mid-way through my treatment and asked me to pay immediately. I explained her that I had forgotten my purse and definitely pay after I finish my treatment as I live right across the street.The Doctor had no faith in patient, the patient who is taking treatment for 3 months and who had paid immediately for the first package on the spot, that same patient can pay the fees later on also but she failed to understand and kept shouting that I cannot take the treatment until I pay. I asked her if I can talk to the management, she refused. Dr Anuja Patil also mentioned that Vedicure provides the facility as per the patients "class". Now I donít understand what "class" has to do with cleanliness?If patient is from middleclass, doesnít he deserve good treatment or clean clinic? But rude doctor does not seem to understand that.Later on when I spoke to the management, management appeared cool and mentioned me that she should have allowed as I was not a brand new patient.8) Even though I complained to the management, they did seem to be disturbed or interested in taking any action against the receptionist and the head doctor of vashi branch.9) Vedicure vashi center did not return my money for remaining that I didnít take it after the above incident.10) In fact, doctor asked me to return the medicine for which I had already paid for.People, please be aware,-Center DOES NOT take any ownership if you fail to see the results but it vouches for it till you pay in FULL.-Once you pay, you will see their true colors.-The basic requirement of any clinic is "CLEANLINESS" But it is lacking everywhere.- The enemas(ďbastiĒ, part of the treatment) are given in such a unhygienic way that you fear you might catch a infection. Vedicure run at vashi branch at sector 12 in Navi Mumbai. Vedicure of Dr Anil Patil's is most disappointing center. From my friends, I heard similar review about other branches that they are equally dirty and unclean.I strongly warn people that, be aware of such centers who are in the market and it is new craze where people fall prey to their advertisement in the paper.I would appreciate if consumer court makes a note of it and teach them a lesson.I would be glad to provide more information in person if consumer court wants to take some action.Thanks
