Dear Sir, Today I had gone for the wisdom tooth extraction. But the extraction was done by an Internship doctor. I have requested the hospital for an experience doctor to carry out the operation. While doing the operation I was fully conscious to hear their conversation. The inexperienced doctor carry out the operation and while extraction he broke the tooth as he has not followed the popper procedure (This I can say as I hear the conversation between him and the senior) I have clearly heard form one of his senior that he has done the mistake. To cover up their mistake then the senior doctor join for the operation. As the tooth already broken, so he did the drill to take out the reaming of the tooth. But finally a small portion was not able to come out. During this operation they have given 4 to 5 times of local anesthesia to me. I am not sure the effect of this. Now I am sacred that this will lead to infection in future. The doctor then did the stitches. The simple tooth extraction took nearly 2 hours to complete. Before going for the extraction I have enquired about the operation timing. They (doctors) have told me that it will take maximum 45 minutes. But because of their mistake it took 2 hours time to complete. And above all they are not giving the reports. As I have lost faith on them so I need to show to other doctors. But as report is not there so I am not able to a position to go the other doctor for consultation. So who'll be responsible for this mistake? And in future if any infection will occur to me then who will be responsible for that. Kind Regards Sipra Das Vydehi Dental Hospital Record No:107255
