i am parvati kothari from hyderabad.
on last month i.e. (june 2009) i have late monthely period. The bleeding started after 40 days so i think it was fine and i am not pregent but again after 10 days a heavy bleeding taken place so i show a GYNOALYGEST name PREMLATA having her clinic in hyderguda hyderabad. She just take it light and said some time it happens so dont worry i said her that i am getting pain on my right stomach so she just see it and write down some medecine after taking a single dose i got the sevior pain so i consult another doctor she just write some test after cheaking the reports she just told me about my condition that i am having a ECPOTIC PREGNANCY of 5 week and 3 days and my position is very critical so i should under go emergency surgery
on the next day my surgery was done. so i want to put a compalint on Dr. premlata because if i not cheaked by other Dr. than it was a very big case so i want to take a legal action on this Dr.
can consumer court help me?
