On this first visit doctor told me Rs. 1500/- for complete treatment of my tooth. From which I paid
Rs. 500/- advance and agree for complete treatment.

On the 2nd visit on 14.07.10 doctor increase his fee from Rs.1500 to Rs. 1850/- Which I agreed and paid
balance amount Rs. 1350/- on the same date. Doctor told me to precure medicine from outside.

On 3rd, 4th, 5th, visit doctor told me to continue taking medicine.

On 6th visit on 09.08.10 doctor told me to pay Rs. 1500/- Extra other then commited amount .

He told me if you will not pay me this extra ammount i will noit countinue your treatment.

This is totally froud.

so you are requested to take appropeate action against the Doctor

Dr. Ombeir Singh, Regd. No. 30119, Consultant ENT Surgeon, Regd. office 1899-B, Kotla MubarakPur, South Extn.-I, New Delhi also practicing R-2/11, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad. My complaint is that my wife is sufffering from Bronkitis (Khansi). I contacted the said doctor. He started the treatment in the month of Oct.'10. His normal fee is Rs. 100/-. Urgent fee 300/ and most urgent fee is 500/-. The doctor given the treatment upto Feb'11 but he fails to improve the result. I have no problem, if the patient not get the result. My complaint is different. The doctor always want to see the patient on fee charges 300/ claiming that in normal routine the time is not there . This is not also a big problem for those who can afford the fees. But when the result not came, i contacted another doctor. He told me, that medicine are normal but with these medicine "Steroid" was given. As i know this STEROID is very dangerous for a normal person. I contacted to Dr. Ombir, he told me it is not like that. But i again asked many medical stores all told me it is steroid. Dr. make me fool upto 6 month. The patient in critical position. Without that steroid patient now can not sustain the disease because she is used to now. I am requesting you that these type of doctors shall be questioned and punished by your panels. He makes the patient fool by charging maximum rates and make him edict of steroid.
It is my request to look into the matter and appropriate action may be taken against such doctors.

I would like to bring carelessness of Kuldeep kaur (Kejriwal,Muzaffarpur,she practices at her residence in punjabi colony,Muzaffarpur,Bihar) while treating patients.My wife,Mrs Yasmin Nudrat,was under her consultation throughout her pregnancy..visited her every month without fail..my wife complained that the growth of the baby was not desired,the answer she got was to eat more..okay for the one or two months i understand but all experts say if it is the case for more than 2 months, doctor should pay attention..and she asked to go for ultra sound several times but never found out the growth of the baby was abnormal rather she kept extending the time of delivery blaming my wife that she is not telling the exact date(plss tell me how is it possible for a girl if her husband lives abroad and comes for 10-15 days on an interval)..but this kuldeep kaur hardly paid attention resulting in my baby born underweight(1.6 kg) with multiple disorder and died after a week of her birth..
Live and death is in god's hand everyone believes so do i,but here i see the doctor's recklessness..atleast she would have investigated at the right time..
Plssss sir do something to stop this occuring again with some other parents...It is really hard to bury your first baby after living with her for a week..

I received number of Dr. Neeraj from an info service.As I was too week to go to hospital I had to call a Dr. at my home to diagnose me. Dr. Neeraj without any diagnosis gave me several injections and treatment for typhoid while i was not suffering from typhoid which came clear in my later diagnosis report. He charged an amount of 1450 and gave me numerous medication which comprised most of injections. Upon asking for his medical ID and denying his medical treatment he behaved in ill manner and denied to show case his medical ID or any registration number. The medication effected my health adversely.

Yesterday a lady dismissed i don't know exactly but when i talk to the people who are there, told me that there are so many novice doctor who are running there clinic without the any cirtification. They Treated her withour any report and test. and diagnosis and false treatment.

Everthing is occuring with the help of area welfare officers.

I, Jyoti Dhawan Khurana (CR/IP No. -151583—11/46833) am very disheartened to write this mail to you. I lost my 38 weeks first baby (16 July 2011) owing to the sheer negligence of a visiting doctor of your reputed hospital.

What happened, when & where?
I was referred to Paras hospital by my friends who vowed about the good medical facilities available.
I have been visiting Dr. Ashima Gogia (MCI -2833) at her OPD at sector 56 Gurgaon. I followed all her instructions and suggestions throughout my pregnancy.

I was feeling the movements of my baby regularly. On completion of 38 weeks of pregnancy on July 14th 2011, we went for the ultrasound and were shocked to hear that my baby had no heartbeat and no cardiac activity was found at time of ultrasound. The amniotic fluid was absent. We were immediately asked to admit me in the hospital. The things turned out even worst when I was admitted to hospital for IUD. Dr. Ashima Gorgia did not even attend me for four hours. After repeated calling she came to induce the labour. It took more than 34 hours of labour pain to deliver baby. Apparently, doctor was doing all sorts of experiments to induce labour pain. The doctor had left the treatment half way many a time during 34 hours of labor pain because she had to deal with her OPD & other deliveries etc.
The delivery would have taken few more days had not we escalated issue to senior management of Paras hospital. One of senior doctor recommended new treatment to doctor Ashima Gogia in order to deliver baby without much hassles.


Everything seemed alright till 33 weeks of pregnancy. Color Doppler Ultrasound was completed on June 11th 2011 (33 weeks 2 days Pregnancy).
During our next visit to doctor on June 18th 2011 (34 weeks 2 days pregnancy), doctor had doubts about my clinical growth. She said that there is a lag of 2 weeks of clinical growth of the baby. She advised me to have high protein diet and mentioned that there are no other concerns; the growth lag should be covered in last month of pregnancy with high protein diet. On repeated questioning she showed us her textbook and convinced her that everything is alright and we need not worry.
• She raised same concerns about clinical growth doubts on weekly checkups on July 2nd & July 9th as well. I was advised to take high protein diet every time. Doctor did not raise any other concerns & assured us everything is fine. On July 9th, she recommended going for a Growth Interval scan Ultrasound once 38 weeks are over. I & my husband specifically asked doctor if we can go for Ultrasound before her recommended date July 14th keeping in view the growth concerns but we were assured completion of 38 weeks pregnancy is right time to go for Growth Interval scan Ultrasound. Again, she showed us her textbook and said she is following her protocol. On completion of 38 weeks of pregnancy on July 14th 2011, we went for the ultrasound and were shocked to hear that my baby had no heartbeat and no cardiac activity was found at time of ultrasound. The amniotic fluid was absent

We opted to go for all sort of medical tests on fetus & mother. The Xray report of fetus, Parvovirus test, Placenta growth test, Torch IGG- IGM, Urine C/S have all come fine.

We were told by paediatrician that this was a fresh demise. Had we gone for Ultrasound a day ago, we would have saved life of our baby.

In order to find out reason for demise of our baby, we consulted senior gynaecologist at other hospitals with outcome of all reports. We were informed that the demise happened because the amniotic fluid had dried up gradually over last two- three weeks. We were told that this was a clear case of negligence; if the doctor had clinical growth doubts why did not she do regular fluid checkups & why we were not asked for early Ultrasound.

When I asked doctor Ashima Gogia post my baby demise why did not you ask for Ultrasound & took my growth concerns lightly, she made reference to her Literature that Growth Interval Scans are referred at 38 weeks. She was carrying her literature while handling my delivery post admission & she had been referring the same book for inducing labor pain & other treatments for delivery.

The Mental & Physical trauma I have gone through is enormous & non-explanatory. We have trusted our doctor Ashima Gogia like God & there has been trust deficit with kind of negligence & carelessness she has shown handling my pregnancy. Do we pay such a hefty amount for consulting doctors every week just to have this kind of mental & physical harassment? Doctor Ashima Gogia’s incompetence has put our present & future in jeopardy. Gynaecologist & should not be allowed to practice. She is real life threat to other mothers & to be born children.

I want strict action to be taken against Dr. Ashima Gogia. She lacks skills as Gynaecologist & should not be allowed to practice.

The future of this country & reputation of your hospital is at stake as long as such doctors are allowed to practice who lacks practical knowledge.

My Complaint:

On an occasion I took my ailing child whose has been suffering from Asthmatic Bronchytis since birth, to Dr. Gandhi. All my near relative are regular visitors of his clinic. After diagnosis, he gave necessary medicines and told to give my child Nebulisation at least 4 times a day for the next 10 days. The clinic mentioned above is having Nebulisation facility and he insisted to give it there itself. Generally he charges Rs 300 as his fees and Rs 100 for one sitting of nebulisation. For none of the above charges does he provide any cash receit which is against I. Tax Law.
Further, after two days of Nebulisation, when I have expended already Rs 800/- against nebulisation (Rs 100 per sitting X 4 times a day X 2 days) I approached him to write the name of Nebulising medicine on the prescription, he denied the same and indirectly insisted me to continue visiting his private chamber. This way he can always keep his patients in his grasp as the parents of any ailing child would only be concerned about their child's health. Also, that being responsible parents, we should also be aware of the medicines being given to our child (as a Right To Information).
Seeing this I took a second opinion about my child's health from 2 different Doctors. Dr Ajoy Kanti Pal and Dr Apoorba Ghosh. Both these doctors who are highly reputed in child health care, guided me correctly. They gave the name of the medicine required for Nebulisation in writing in prescription. As these medicines are readily available in form of Respules at much cheaper rate and also suggested me that I can by a Nebuliser and can do the medication at Home. This had been an excellent suggestion and very cost effective. Thanx to both the doctors as they have proven their highs in their profession.
Some of my relatives still continue to visit Dr Kishore Gandhi till date in good faith and the Dr still continues the same process of not giving the correct guidance and writing the name of Nebulising Respules. He continues to keep his patients in hand and squeeze out money from them, thereby committing a crime. He still does not provide any money receit for any services that he or his clinic provides.
I wish to conclude by saying that Dr Kishore Gandhi is only bringing shame in the name of such a holy profession of life saving. I wish that some corrective action may be taken against him.

for my grandmother's malaria treatment;who is bedridden for last 6 years after she lost her leg in an accident .

She was admitted to the hospital for malaria and was recovering.Everybody visited her that evening and my granny talked normally to everyone.Suddenly the next morning the doctor informed us that her condition is critical and she must be shifted to Siddhivinayak hospital at prabhadevi which is run and owned by Dr. Pathare .They declared an emergency shift.

But the ambulance arrived after 4 hours and they declared it to be critical as her heart palpitations were high.

Finally she was shifted there and they started with thetreatment. We were told to make a payment of 25000Rs. as soon as possible. We did the needful and again she was fine talking normally to the staff and doctors there.The same evening doctor Adwait Patil informed my brother that there is malfunctioning of kidneys; and by around evening 7.00 told him to call everyone close to my granny and declared that she just has 3- 4 days.

That day there were nearly 12 cases showing similar so-called "CRITICAL CONDITION". That night we took a decision to get a discharge against the authority and I am happy because she is healthy and really doing well.

This incident took place a few months back.

We talked to Dr. Adwait Patil for the same and his reaction was weird , he first said that she is not so serious and we can't discharge her. And when we reminded him of the statement made by him "she just has 3- 4 days"....He just smiled and said now she isn't that serious.

If this is how a doctor reacts after getting a degree and working for so many years I think the degree is fake and the experience is all made-up.

Dr. Adwait patil is a visiting faculty at who also visited my granny for a routine checkup. The staff is pathetic because they just don't know how to cater a patient properly.

It is a fraud.Patient's life is a game for him i guess.

Strict action must be taken against him. But i know he must be having a lot of "contacts" that is why he still allowed to practice.


I request you to beware before admitting any of your family member to this hospital for treatment from this doctor.
Go to Hinduja hospital it's reasonable and patient is the first priority for them.

this complaint is regarding Dr Deepali agarwal who is an eye specialist DMC reg no is 19917. She has recently opened an clinic in our locality and i believe that she has forgotten the oath and pledge which she has taken at the time of becoming a doctor. She is a misleading doctor who is only focusing on making money rather treating patient cause. Her behaviour towards customers is rude and ruthless.

my father went to her clinic to get his eyes tested on 10/9/2011. she advised him to change the number of his spectacles and father agreed to get that changed and gave order to her. later on when my father received new glasses he was unable to read with those glasses. when he reported her clinic she again tested his eyes and told him that the previous number checked by her was incorrect and she said that she will get the new glasses replaced as an obligation by her on me. later on when my father called her up for the glasses she misbehaved and hung up the call for long.

this kind of behavior is not appropriate for a doctor as we are paying consultation for receiving the services and not by the way of obligation and goodwill.

I hope necessary action to be taken against all such types of doctors.

My friend recommended Dr. Akhilesh Gaumat having clinic opposite Kutchery Hapur road for the removal of cellulite mass from the back. On contact he told to remove the mass by surgery and told that that total cost will come Rs. 10-15000/-. Before operation, he was paid Rs. 10000/- in cash, but later on he demanded another 10000/- before stitching and then again Rs. 5000/- for medicines and miscellaneous expenses. After few days, i was called for finer stitching. There I asked that you have already charged an paid Rs. 25000/- and also calling again for stitching. He replied that lot of people are involved in the operation and each one has to be paid, and henceforth we will not discuss any money matter, but strangely after operation for fine stitching under anesthesia he demanded Rs. 20000/- before discharge. In all he took Rs. 45000/- for small operation instead of Rs. 10-15000/-. I would not have objected for payment, if he had told the correct estimate in the initial stage. But now I feel cheated and my son is unable to claim anything under medical reimbursement from his company as the operation took in the clinic, not in the hospital/ nursing home. I appeal and caution every person to beware of such doctors of dubious and fraudulent character.

He was not even that much courtious to properly examine her and instead he referred us to get Ultra Sound and Blood Test done from his hospital itself and has asked to come with the Reports in the evening. When we showed him the reports in evening, he did not bother and said everything is OK. (because his main motive of minting money was successful.)

When there was no improvement, we got second opinion from some other doctor and was told that the treatment provide is for general infection which was not appropriate. Her BP was on the higher side and he took this very lightly.
When we showed him the reports in evening he just took few second to seen the report and said everything is OK.
