24 December 2011 Here is my Baby (New Born-boy) was 24 Dec. 2011 at Nursing home. It Regular Check –up going by Dr.Abuzar Surka , Golden Tower Khanpur, Ahmedabad (Child specialist ) at-9.30 Pm.
After 10 Minutes Doctor check-up to my child and told us to come here it to good. Your Baby dirty & clean blood mixing –so it is necessary admit and ventilator of the Oxygen. They said with-out oxygen his heart fail chance. So admitting to my baby own his dispensary. The next day 25th December 2011 morning at 11 am and again checked the Doctor. He came back and told us there is no difference in your child. 3 to 4 day and keep in admit. When we speak of them Discharge of my baby, Doctor told us without Oxygen into your child is dangers. If remove the oxygen the berthing will be stop and threatening us, we asked doctor we see our Baby. we are decided to Baby discharge this dispensary it and then we went to the other Doctor. (Child specialist ) We went to Dr. Kishor Jain – Nr. Anjali Cross Rd. Doctor said why you came to here with your baby. Which date has to be born? Yesterday!. We say Yes. And they can check-up. They feeding.? We say no. they can see the file of Doctor Abuzar Surka. They said he is alright. But we have the under observation of your baby. Let start feeding of baby’s mother. Right now we provide out side milk powder. They fully hunger last 15 hours they did not take any food. They weakness for empty stomach. Under observation for Dr. Kishor Jain up to 4 to 5 hr. Dr. said totally under recover for you child. We also back to Asha Nursing home above viashbha bus stop raikhad A Bad.with her mother. We also ask them to Nursing home’ doctor why we are misguide to us. We trying to contact Dr. abuzar surka they neglect to meet him. We have discharge from Nursing home. Still they can’t came to Nursing home. We are going the check up on dated 3oth Dec. 2011 . Again the appointment with Dr.Abuzar Surka of 30th dec.2011. they busy with some other work. We also next day to appointment with Dr.Abuzar Surka at Nursing home. I talked with Dr.Abuzar Surka you can came to Nursing home?. Why you have to misguiding to me your child are not well (weakness)... etc. and we dont take any action that why they compained a aplication to khanpur police chowcy by ragister -ad
10th Jan. 2012 after 10 days. We have received phone call from Khanpur police station. We are going to police station with co-operate. Police staff said we have received Register AD application from Dr.Abuzar Surka. They applicant said you have to miss- behavior. And you are bad person. Etc… I have request to police staff I m not any guilty. You can checked the call details for my cell phone to how may outgoing and incoming call to Dr.Abuzar Surka . I have to request to policeman my background to explain about my new born baby. How can treatment on his professional doctor. Meanwhile Policeman called to dr. Abuzar surka. I have ready to Arrest. I mentioned in answer book. Policeman said your case will be dismissing. Again Nursing home (Dr Jayashree )and Dr Abuzar Surka and both claimed the motive to earn money to date from 31dec to treat.
My Wife’s the faces of problem stitching are open. We also surgery for the other nursing home. Please do the needful of the matter. And I required your side help

most humbly and respectfully i have to inform you that i , md.zikrullah was suffering from headache i visited doctor. he gave some medicine and also told u will visit in 10 days again.unfortunality my headache was as usual when i visited doctor again he took total fee(RS 300).

so,i request you please take hard action and refund my money because it is not fair my problem did not short out and why did take fee.
