How far is it legal if a patient try to spoil the name of a firm by publishing wrong reports about the lab with out prior notice...i mean the lab wasn't aware of any of the issues of patient and all in a sudden patient lodges such statement against firm.if patient didnt give a chance for the lab to approach them and make them understand about the facts regarding test...how can the patient say that lab guys didnt respond to them....
