Dear Sir,

I am Dilip Kumar,I had issue in my mouth due to last upper teeth.I felt it was damaged (Broken).I went to Doctor Dr.Shah and explained my problem.he cheked had given me some medicine to take and called me next day.I went next day then he told me the teeth is broken and will be extract through surgery.i was no idea so allowed to go ahead.after that he extract that teeth within two mintus without any sugery and charged RS.400 inspite of Rs.50 because it was normal extraction charge in his clinic.

after that i asked to show me my extracted teeth,first time he denied but i requested again and agian then he showed me the same.i found that teeth was not broken,It was in normal condition.It required to smooth through filler to resolve my problem inspite of extraction.

During this treatment he damaged my second last upper teeth also,i am feeling badly pain on it, and told me if you want to save this teeth ,solution would to root canal treatement which is very expensive.

Now my situation is i can't eat any thing due to pain only taking juce . I am in service industry,can't take leave due to work load otherwise i will loose my job.

I am mently hrassed.going office with pain.I am posting my problem here for justics.Please help me.
