i was having toncil problem an i went ot a nearby doceter...he prescrobed medicene for 3 days and i took it.afta 3 days my toncil problem had gone more bad so i went to another doc i showed hin the earlier prescribed medicines..he it it ws nt for toncil....i hv gt the prescreption of that doc and he has done hins medical from russia ..their is a constant rumor that he did MBBS from an donation college and sum of them also fear that he does nt hav medical degree......tell me can i sue him in consumer court????
